Building Fitness - Super Mass Snack - BULK with this 5 minute ultimate lean mass snack recipe
I believe we all go through that gymming phase wherein we all try to put in some extra pounds and shape up to get a dreamlike body, who wouldn’t aspire to look like Tom Cruise/Ryan Reynolds or Arnold Schwarzenegger for that case. Alright the last actor was a bit too much and to achieve what he has achieved requires years of dedication and hard work. In this article I will be taking on a secret snack diet which I included in my diet and helped me gain clean lean mass in just a few weeks that is exercising at the same time as well. This snack could be used during office hours or can be had during a trip as it very portable and handy and make sure that you have the complete package of Macro nutrients/carbs/Vitamins and good fat at the same time.
Ingredients required:
- Banana
- Whole wheat bread/Brown Bread (Do not use white bread as an alternative)
- All Natural Peanut Butter (Make sure it does not contain any Harmful substances like Hydrogenated oil, vegetable oil, soya oil, palm oil etc including sugar as it adds up to bad fats)
- Organic Honey
- Cinnamon powder
- Whey protein powder (Optional)
Steps to
create our super powered snack:
- Take 4 slices of Whole wheat bread or brown bread and apply peanut butter on two slices.
- Apply not more than two spoons of Peanut butter and Honey on the bread
- Chop banana in fairly thin slices and spread it over the bread
- Last but not the least sprinkle some cinnamon powder on you’re the bread before wrapping them into a sandwich.
- I would also suggest to add half or up to one scoop of Whey Protein powder (This is completely optional)
I’m from India and finding Natural Peanut butter (with no
Extra bullshit) and getting the right protein was quite a challenging task as
it is not easily available here and are very expensive when imported.
